Hello, so I locked myself out of my house(like an idiot) so I called a locksmith so I could get back in. The lady on the phone said 35$ service charge for going down there and then the tech would quote me before doing anything. When the tech got to my apartment he already started working on the lock before quoting me. I said "how much is this going to be?". I heard him say "75$" (he was foreign and didnt speak great english) so I said " okay thats fine". Then when he leaves I get a charge of 181$ to my credit card. Thinking back he probably said "175$" but if I knew it was going to be that expensive I would have never let him do the service. What do I do???? Please HELP!
