If I have multiple credit cards with the same issuer (Capitol One), do they report just once to the credit borough, or do they report for every credit item?

As the post says, I’m wondering if having multiple credit cards financed through the same institution (Capitol One) will get reported to credit agencies as one report, or one report for each credit card.
