So long story short, a while back I wrote a script that would monitor prices of things I want on Amazon and alert me when the price dropped. For fun, I turned it into a Twitter bot meaning it is open for anyone to use.
The bot is @DealingOutDeals. To use the bot, Tweet it a link to the item you want and the price you want to pay. Here's an example. There's also a cheesy little website with directions on the bot's profile if you want to see what all it can do.
It's saved me a couple bucks and hopefully it can do the same for others!
