Just bought a new house which is a bit of a fixer-upper. One thing we're not sure about is how to fix the baseboards. They are filled with what looks almost like an expanding foam insulation - looks pretty terrible, no idea why someone would have done this. Not sure where to start ripping this stuff out and make them look brand new.A few pics here: http://ift.tt/2zVuqv4 ideas? Thanks in advance for your advice! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2iteF6U
