My wife and I are nearly done with a shower refurb and we're at the point where we are sealing the new sliding door with silicone. I just read a massive amount of info about how you are supposed to fill the inside corners of the tiled walls with silicone rather than grout. But, we've already grouted those corners, some of which are quite tight.Last night I started removing the grout from where it met the fiberglass shower pan and I'm about to go buy a degrouting machine for the corners, since the base was taking forever.Is all this really necessary or should we have just left the grout in and been done with it? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2lTSvip
