Kind of new here and maybe there is some list here somewhere, but i thought i would ask anyway.

So basically im really into cooking and trying to think of ingredients that go into basically two categories: either you dont need much of to amplify the flavor or if simply they take a really long time to go bad. I guess sometimes its both at the same time.

Obvious examples are ofcourse stuff like buckwheat, rice, pasta, beans etc. Canned stuff. Then i guess i would count stuff like ginger, soy sauce, vinegar as they add a nice kick without needing much. Then stuff like roots (love that stuff, seems like it is a bit underrated) or even heads of celery since if you buy them in good condition they can stay in the fridge for silly ammount of time. Fermenting food is also fantastic as well and i think any flavorloving frugal person should know how to do it. Preserving food with oil (sundryed tomatoes, garlic). Drying your own herbs can sometimes also be really cost efficient and lasts forever. Grinding your own pepper and the like is also rather obvious. Making your own meat/vegetable stock and freezing it.

Any other such favorite examples of yours or maybe there are some resources online that could help me out as well?

Cheers!
