So, as the title states, I am considering switching from VERIZON to StraightTalk Wireless.
I did a preliminary test and signed up for a new number and got a crappie test phone to test out their service. It appears they have good coverage and I am now considering switching my primary phone number and service from Verizon. The crappie phone was just to test and will be abandoned.
My major concern is with their lack of Brick and Morten facilities to help me with any issue I may have. Their service appears to be fine, but their customer service sounds like it is terrible, per online reviews.
What do the masses say about StraightTalk, would you recommend for or against.
I live in Indiana and commute throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S. for work.
