Hi,
For 10 weeks over the summer, I'll be making ~$21/h at my internship. The company offers to match 100% of employee contributions, up to 3% of "eligible compensation."
For such a small amount of work, is it still worth starting a 401k? Also, I'm only 19! Do I really need to worry about retirement now?
Edit: Another question, After I leave the company, can I take the 401k with me to another company? If I leave it with them, will it be difficult to access?
