So I turned 18 last week and recently finished getting my GED. I don't have a job because I live in a little/big town that all the local stores have people that are only in their family working and never want to hire. Being that my birthday was last week I have about $220. I'm not sure what to do with it. I currently have cash and Im constantly looking up stuff on Amazon to see what I can blow my money on. Should I open up a savings account? And can someone explain what a savings account is? I'm sorry for the dumb question, I never learned about this in school and my parents could never save either so I DO NOT wanna be like them. Thanks in advance.
