I'm moving a couple of IRA Rollovers over to vanguard and researching ETFs in the process. They recommend equal distribution between $BND $BNDX $VTI and $VXUS as covering the whole market.
Is this considered a lower risk portfolio? Would it be wise to perform a bit more DD on their ETFs for other monies? Say 3-5 year plays vs retirement investments?
