Hey folks,

Her overall benefits package + salary = about $44k, but of that, her actual salary is $31k and the majority of the difference is her ~$10k/yr health plan, which sucks as far as I can tell (Not as bad as some ACA plans I've seen, but still...). The 80/20 option has a $2k deductible and the 90/10 option has a $3k deductible. My plan has far lower deductibles for far, far, less anunally, but we're not married, so I can't roll her onto my plan.

She has to decide on all of this within the next few business days, so I want to help her look into alternatives. We're Nashville area and I don't really know the best way to go about determining if her getting insurance on her own (and having $10k added back into her salary, if that's an option), is worth it.

Any/all advice is welcome. Thank you!
