This sub has great suggestions on frugally moving furniture, but I'm looking for suggestions on shipping individual pieces (mostly large chairs). I'm a furniture upholsterer and would like to transition from commission to consignment, but shipping costs might make this prohibitively expensive. I've checked UPS, USPS, FedEx, Greyhound, etc. Also, suggestions on packaging shipments would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
