Howdy,

My mother and I have been eating the same Japanese rice for years, as we eat and make Japanese food a lot. But, since we moved to Florida, we'd have to travel over an hour to get good quality rice, and it's pretty expensive.

There is a brand I've noticed in the Wal-Marts around here called Rico, obviously from Puerto Rico, it's a good size rice, and it's a medium grain. But, how does it compare to Japanese rice? As per my recommendation, my mother and I are trying to live more Frugally, as we're both not that well off in terms of money. Rice is one thing that I could honestly not live without, as it's essentially a fantastic choice for any meal that is warm, whether with beans, ham or whatever.

Thanks guys, in advance.
