Looking for I guess not too high end but just good quality or not bad quality wireless bluetooth earphones and headphones.
Main wants are:
- long battery life
- durable
- able to be worn in bed
- good noise leakage protection so I don't disturb other passengers in the train or at the library
- I guess good sound quality
- music control and phone call functionality ability are a bonus
- long range or best range if possible (for example does on people exist that connects to your home WiFi and let's you go anywhere your home WiFi can reach or go meaning YOU don't have to carry your music player / phone / tablet / handheld or other device around with you while listening to it or speaking on it or sending commands on it) I admit this is more of a wink wink nudge nudge small message to possible wireless earphone or headphone manufacturers and developers
- preferably under $100 USD but if something is worth it at a higher bracket please do tell.. Only reason for cheaper cost is obviously if it does somehow break for whatever reason and is not covered by warranty then purchasing another one is not too out of the question.. I have had $700 wired headphones crack and break due to falls and just misusage.. Not a nice situation as where with $30 earphones falling apart and breaking it's not the end of hteam world or too much of a biggy (big deal).
So fellow /r/BuyItForLife 'rs what are your recommendations or what say you about what features matter most to you or which ones do you absolutely need.
Oh I guess waterproof would be handy and nice for shower usage and going for laps at the pool but tbh it's not a big deal breaker for me as much as the other ones.
I am past my heavy 5 days a week workout gym days and weeks for the time being aka sweat and random showers do waterproofing and shock absorbing etc isn't a big issue for my potential use case scenario.
Just cheap, good quality, simple features, long battery and wireless and I am good to go.
