Are these separate? For example: a company says we are ramping up our remodels from X to Y with this quarters profits. Could an investor hypothetically say they are spending (insert number) on cap ex and some of their profits on improvements. Making their total yearly investment in the company at cap ex+ net income investments or does net income just go into cap ex numbers guidance or is it like gravy on top of cap ex?
