I've been trying to find cheap black culottes online everywhere but haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. I'd prefer somewhat high quality (no F21 or similar stores) and it would be great if they are under $50. My ideal pair would be mid calf (and I am 5'3") and also not super wide leg which is an issue with a lot of pairs I've found. Any help would be appreciated!
