This would be moving from a Sr. Management role with one company to just a normal management level role at the new company.
The pay is ~8k more per year, and the benefits are SIGNIFICANTLY better (4% higher corporate match for 401k, better health insurance, etc...)
Just worried the lower title may effect other job prospects in the future since it will be seen as a step down as far as responsibility/resume is concerned.
