Our current bathroom vanity is ~32.5" tall (32" without sink). It's very small at 19" x 16" so it is difficult find any drop in sink that's the exact same size. The vanity/cabinet itself we don't want to replace. Just the sink.So it looks like small vessel sinks are a better choice but they are all fairly tall... well tall when you consider adding adding a countertop to 32" to make it 33" and then 4"+ vessel...Any suggestions on making a vessel sinks a drop in for say half it's height?I was really interested in this:http://ift.tt/2wr8aGH was thinking of going with a wuality wood countertop that I cut a hole out of and place this inside. Would just cutting a hole equal to the sinks size at the center be sufficient? Since it tapers it should lodge itself in there? Or should I have some support structures? Especially to keep it level.Any advice welcome. Thanks!Also... advice on cutting the hole so it is exactly as possible and doesn't leave unsightly gaps? Or maybe just an aesthetic approach to cover gaps? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2x7ein9
