Hi Frugal!

I know this has been asked before, but I couldn't find any post within the last year and new softwares are popping up all the time.

I am looking to replace Neobudget, which I've been using for 2+ years now, with a new budgeting software that supports multiple accounts. I like the envelope system, but I also have money is many different accounts/online wallets and want a one-stop place to see those balances and be able to deduct expenses from there. Ex. I prepay my phone bill and I want to be able to have that be it's own account and then I deduct money from it whenever it takes money from my prepaid wallet for my phone. I've looked at mint, ynab, everypocket, mvlopes, and every other budgeting software I could find. I want it to be manually entering each line, bonus if it can import .cvs sheets. I liked everypocket, but the individual account balances was never implemented so I'm back to the drawing board :( Any great suggestions?
