Hoping for some ideas or experiences -- my fiance needs a good all-purpose suit for upcoming job interviews and events, and I would really like to get him a nice, well-fitted one. He has like a football player build w wide chest, shoulders, and thighs so anything off the rack that fits him in those areas looks like a tent everywhere else and makes him feel terrible :(
I would totally splurge for a custom suit, but he is in the process of losing weight and so I don't want to spend hundreds on something that won't fit in three months. Any tips on where to find good deals, best secondhand brands or materials to look for, maybe how to find a reasonable tailor or approach that process? And even best all-purpose suit styles to look for?
