My fiancée signed a contract where it was explicitly written that she be paid 8k. Everything went smoothly and she was paid without an issue, however, our question now is how will this impact her taxes come next year? Will she get smacked and owe a bunch? The only way her or I have been paid in the past was formally and comes along with a W2 and all that jazz.
