Tl;dr: help a college kid eat the right food and save bigly
Hi /r/frugal, as the title suggests, I am a college student on a college budget. Like probably most people my age, I have little knowledge what eating healthy looks like and even less of an idea on how to do so while pinching every available penny. I'm probably the poster child for a starving college student. I'll literally only eat like once a day or even less depending how busy I am (I know, it's bad) and while I'm still alive and feel relatively normal on a daily basis, I also know that it can't be good for me. But I don't even know where to start. Frugality Veterans, would you be so kind as to take some time and teach this aspiring disciple of frugality your ways? I'm trying to make a change for the better. If you guys have any links to meal plans/ideas, that would be especially helpful to me, as well as suggestions on finding the best bargain for certain types of food. Thank you all in advance for any tips and ideas you might have for me.
