Hi all, me and my dad have the same name. I went to go use my credit card the other day and it got declined. I contacted my credit card company (Discover) and they said it was closed due to me filing for bankruptcy. I was really confused since I never filed for bankruptcy in my life. I contacted my dad and he told me he did a few days ago. I am not an authorized user on any of his accounts or he on mine. Is there anything I can do to resolve this mixup? Big thanks.
