Can someone please assist me with an issue I am having?
I was charged with $125 for Safeway Fuel on October 6th and I made a claim for it on October 11th when it came up on my accoint. That wasn't a transaction made by me. Chase credited me the money back, but Today, October 24th, they reversed the credited amount back. I have talked to a few reps and bottom line, they say that it was determined that there wasn't any fraudulent activity on my account. That transaction was not made by me and I do not know how to proceed. I will be talking to a senior specialist from the claims department tomorrow. What else is advised??
