I'm redoing our back deck and when pulling up the old lumber near the office door, we noticed that there is a perfect hole in our foundation. It appears to be drilled, but there's no pipe whatsoever.I grabbed a flashlight to inspect, it appears as though it opens in between the cinder block foundation. At first, I thought it was possibly a way to drain ground water from underneath the deck...but that seem silly. Isn't our goal to keep water away from the foundation? Here's some pics we took. Can anyone help us figure this out? I don't want to fill it in until I'm certain :)http://ift.tt/2fBVtCd
