So this is the 5th time I've had this experience. I used to be a huge fan of Amazon Prime, 2 day shipping and all that jazz.. ordered a new phone case so that I could grab it on the weekend and keep the new phone safe.

Case is shown as delivered, we go to get it, it's not there. Call Amazon.. the arrogant customer service rep (outsourced to China or some Asian country, not India though in this case) tells me have you asked your neighbours? I'm like USPS (the carrier) says they put it in my mailbox.. why will I ask my neighbours as I live in a community and the mailbox is far far away from my actual home.

She then says oh it says item hasn't even left the seller (so why the F were you asking me to go ask my neighbours BEFORE even checking?)..

Then she's like can you wait 2 days, we'll send it to you. No apology, no offer for any credit, nothing. I'm like cancel the order. She's like OK, we'll issue the refund after 2 days when we get the item back. I'm like didn't you just say it hasn't left, so why do I need to wait 2 days for a refund? Then she's like OK i'll issue it right now...

I'm like ....

And then I'm like why did this even happen? This is the 5th time, you guys give a time frame and don't deliver, and then I have to CALL to ask and then you ask for 2 more days.. WTF.

So she's like I already cancelled your order.. is there anything else I can help you with?

First time I hung up on customer service.. I'm definitely not renewing my Amazon Prime membership. I'm happy to have a variabvle delivery schedule of 3 to 5 days as long as that is what I paid for. If I paid for 2 day shipping, I better get 2 day shipping especially if you guys want to game the system and say it's delivered when it's not.
