I needed to get a root canal. I was unemployed, so my dentist suggested that I go to a teaching hospital.
Worse decision ever.
One, they do all these extra procedures on you (takes a few days rather than a few hours) because they're teaching dentists. When I was getting the root canal the guy started swearing...I started getting nervous, he ran over to his supervisor and asked for help. I thought something was really wrong. He said he had to take a lot off (not sure what that means)...might give me problems in the future but so far okay.
A few months later my Mom gets a root canal and it's the same price. W.T.F....
