I can't understand it. They offer 500 minutes, 500mb of data and unlimited texts, which seems like a great deal, if you can actually get through. For a month now I've been trying to complete an application on standupwireless.com but when you get to Step 4, signing your name, it says "Processing" and just hangs. I've emailed them and it was flatly ignored. I've called Customer Service several times and they either tell me keep trying or they'll fix it or they'll email me an application, none of which has happened. They're also very hard to understand as CS seems to be India-based. So frustrating. Do they not want any new customers?
