Set up a credit alert earlier today and the report had an incorrect name and a credit inquiry from a loan provider I've never heard of. Are these red flags?

I was planning on calling Experian tomorrow since that is where the alert was set up. The incorrect name has the wrong last name, and the credit inquiry from the loan place was a few days ago.

Any input is appreciated.
