I used to take Zyrtec allergy pills, which cost between $0.50 to nearly $1.00 per pill. When visiting my doctor, he offered a prescription version named Cetirizine. My insurance doesn't cover this drug, but the cost at Walgreens is $5.00 for a prescription of 100 pills. The drug works exactly the same as Zyrtec for me, but at the price of $0.05 per pill!
