3 problems with chair:

If I lean back in the chair, the left side of the backrest completely hits the back frame, while the right side still has about 3/4 an inch. This is easy to feel by reaching around the chair and running your fingers along the frame while reclined back. It feels lopsided while sitting.

The right arm rest is 1/4 an inch higher than the left arm rest on all adjustment settings.

Sometimes when I sit down a few seconds later the chair loses a very small amount of height and has a "clunk" feeling. The chair naturally sags when you sit in it, so I don't think its the cylinder. It seems to be catching on the pole, I figured putting some more grease on it would fix the problem but it didn't.
These issues seem odd for a $950 brand new chair that comes fully factory assembled. This chair gets recommended a lot on here, so any owners around? I will be sending this chair back either way, but I need to decide if I should reorder and hope the new one doesn't have these issues.
