My wife mentioned last night that she might like some noise canceling headphones for Christmas - probably to use at work, but also maybe so she doesn't have to hear me talk. I thought I'd see what this sub has to say on the matter. I saw this thread from a few years back, but it didn't really get into detail and perhaps there's are better or more affordable options in the meantime. (And I honestly don't know the difference between canceling and isolation as far as headphones go.) Any suggestions for good quality headphones that drown out surrounding noise?
