Hello all,I recently moved into a 3 level rental townhouse, after having a small 2 bedroom apartment. The townhouses were built in the 70s, and are in desperate need of an upgrade. My landlord is pretty relaxed about upgrading stuff, if we do the work ourselves, but I don't want to push the limit. I would like to have everything be rental friendly - aka removable once we decide to move on.What are some of the best and worst rental friendly upgrades we can do? Let me list some things I would like to upgrade:Kitchen counter tops, cabinets, and vinyl flooringBathroom cabinets, chrome tub (it's so old and disgusting), framing the bathroom mirror, and vinyl flooringWood wall panelingSimple upgrades for the outdoor deck (make it feel more home-y)What would any of you NOT suggest? Any brands I should be forewarned about? Thanks for your help! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2eLp53n
