I noticed my cable bill was up about 50$ this month. When I called they informed me that my promotion had ended and they were going to switch me to the loyal department. I told them I had to be into work soon and would call back later. I've already been thinking of cutting my tv from cable and I know I'm in a prime spot to get the best value. Any tips or tricks when it comes down to the haggling process?
I'm in VA and am dealing with cox comm. Been in good standing for 4+ years.
