Hi DIY! I have a Haier HLP21N http://ift.tt/2edVeir I picked up used on craigslist and so far, it's kicking a lot of ass. Love this weird gdaget. Have a tiny leak on the inlet port but nothing plumber's tape won't fix.My bigger problem is that I have a tiny apartment, and the spot I need my washer to sit in and preferably be usable from is about 2 feet too far from the sink - the hoses won't reach. I don't want to invest more then $10-$15 on this fix if I can avoid it.I looked to see if extension kits were available but they seem really uncommon. Any tips on other ways to safely extend the hoses without sacrificing the necessary adaptors? My first thought was to just buy the same vinyl tubing in whatever length I need and then to split my current tubes down the center and add the new length to the middle with couplers and clamps... but uh, that seems really janky and not the safest or smartest route. I've never messed with tubes / pipes before so I have basically no knowledge to refer to.Any tips?for reference, here's the inlet tube: http://ift.tt/2w085h6 here's the drainage tube: http://ift.tt/2vZT1QD via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2gWxuxS
