With my kitchen cabinets, I received 5m of Hafele LOOX LED lighting. I was thinking about using it for toekick lighting, and plugging in behind the fridge but not really sure as the best method to control it. Ideally I want to remove any sort of manual control, as it will end up never being used. It seems my options are:Have it run 24/7Put on a LOOX Motion sensor which only runs for only 30 secondsLOOX Touch sensor requiring manual controlWire into my exiting Kitchen lighting system so turns on with light (Not sure you would get the full affect from this)Put a mains timer on the driver so it only turns on for a specific period during a fixed 24 cycle.A custom solutionIdeally I think I would have it on a light sensor, so in low light it goes on, but then if someone turns the main light on, it switches off.Anyone had any experience setting one of these up, and have any advice? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2vUzblB
