My boss wants to talk about my future with the company tomorrow. I've been working as a contractor with the company for 3.5 months, and never hired. I get the feeling it's a job offer.

Long story short, after getting the runaround for months, I got a bad taste in my mouth about this company. Even if I got an offer, things seemed to be off to a very shady start, and I'm not sure I would want to stay. So I started looking elsewhere.

Just this week I had a great interview with another company. I really like the industry and got a good vibe from the people. They said, if they were to make an offer, they would do so in the next week.

So what do I do? Decline an offer with the company that's been giving me the runaround because I THINK I will get an offer from the new place? Accept the offer from my current job, even though they've been acting subpar, and then back out if I get an offer from the new place, even if it's literally days later? Say I have to think about it and hope an offer from the new place comes in while I do so? I have never been in this situation before, and I'm not sure what to do.
