Is going to university still worth it if you are already 30 yo++ and using that said degree to find job for the first time ?

so Im planning to get degree after I saved enough from my labor works. my question is right now Im already 33 yo and I want to change job to be a white collar workers by getting a degree in university. My question is, what kind of degree that I should choose in order for a company to still consider a 37 yo fresh graduate as employee? thanks
