I'm looking into buying car is it better to lease or own is it bettee used or new. I've never bought a car from a dealership my first car was given to me by my parents on my 18th bday which used to be my dads car and my second car i saved up enough to buy it from a friend which I'm currently driving

I really wanna step my game up and get a car from dealership but dont know how and what to do ive noticed people drive brand new car and after a yesr or so upgrade to a more nicer brand how do they do that any advice on how to get a new car is greatly appreciated
