I'm looking for some pots and pans and some cooking knives that'll cook evenly/stay sharp and won't break the bank too much. Not too keen on thrift store stuff unless I know the brand - it tends to be scratched or beat up from what I've seen and usually the good stuff doesn't show up there.
So any recommendations for stuff that's good, but won't break the bank? I've been over to r/cooking, but I think some of their needs are a bit much for me.
