- How to Price Match
The item must be currently in-stock at the online retailer’s website and on Walmart.com at the time of the price match request. The item must be sold and fulfilled by online retailers or by Walmart.com.
All you need to do is make your list of items that you are wanting to purchase online at Walmart. Once you are done, check the price at Walmart and then at other stores to see who has the cheapest price.
If you find that Walmart does not have the lowest price, that is when you can price match - contact Walmart.com Customer Care BEFORE placing your order. They will verify the item eligibility by reviewing the online retailer, their current price, and by confirming the item is in stock. If they find that everything checks out, you will get the item and the price that you found.
- How to Use Walmart’s Savings Catcher
Simply download the Walmart app on your phone. Then, use the app to scan the bar-code at the bottom of your Walmart receipt.
The app will automatically compare the prices on your receipt to advertised sales at top stores near you. If you paid more at Walmart than the lowest advertised price, Walmart will give you an eGift Card to the store for the difference. Allow three days for Walmart to send the credit to your eGift Card. You can use this eGift Card online or in stores.
