So, I built this fireplace/BBQ. The stones are just stacked, no mortar or anything. I wanted to keep it dry and usable in the rain, so I made the roofthing. My problem ist, that a considerable part of the smoke comes out on the front (like this). I don't understand why. The chimney draws quite a bit. When the fire is really big, it works fine, but if the fire is small then the smoke comes out the front.
