Hi, so I've got an old metallic fireplace (stove ??) in my living room.I don't use it, but it's definitively add character to the room.I'd like to repaint it, because there are some scratches, rust-like patches and spot of some other paint on it...Here are some pics, i'd like to repaint the brown part of the fireplace .The thing is, I've got no idea how to start :Do I have to remove the current paint, how do I do this ?What kind of paint do I have to use (heat resistant) ? As I said, I won't use it, but I don't want problem when I sell back my appartment and if the next owner decides to burn things in itHow do apply the new paint ?So, reddit, how would you do this ? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2wiHcoJ
