I have a small balcony that isn't fully enclosed on one side meaning the railing stops about 5 inches above the ground. The balcony is concrete and there is no small ledge. For example if you rolled a little ball towards the end of the balcony it would roll off.This is approximately what it looks like http://ift.tt/2xbThuW I be able to use Ikea Runnen titles to floor it? The titles are interlocking but I'm not sure they will be able to stay in place if the 4th side of the balcony isn't enclosed.Any advice?Thanks a lot for the help!
