I know this isn't the typical "frugal" conversation, considering we're talking about $800 cell phones. I was just wondering if anyone has done this, and just how much red tape there is. I'm on a cell phone plan with 5 people, and 2 of us are looking for new phones. I'm willing to buy the phones, and then sell the second phone to my friend. So we'll both get a phone, and we'll basically split the price. I just don't know if I'm gonna have to open and pay for an extra line, while I wait for the voucher which pays for the 2nd phone, and I don't know how much tax will be applied to the purchases. Did anyone do this, or the same deal that they ran for the Galaxy S7's?
edit: I forgot you also get a "Gear 360 Camera" with each phone. I don't even know what those are. Needless to say, they'll go up for sale as soon as I can sell them.
