Today, Axovant Sciences announced trial results and fell ~75% (at time of writing). I am not an investor in the pharma space but Martin Shrekli put out over 4 hours of analysis of this situation on his YouTube. This was cut short by him going to jail but it seems like 95% of the stuff is there. If you don't know anything about the area (like me), it is a pretty good watch.
