I just got done paying off my car that currently has 35k miles and plan to have for at least a decade. Newly debt free once again(student loans were paid off five years ago). I'm 29, not married, no kids, have a roth IRA going, have one credit card that has a zero balance, a and income hovers around $28K year which I understand is pretty low for someone with a science degree and additional education in sustainable agriculture, but my bills total about $700/month before food and entertainment expenses. In college, I overworked myself to pay out of pocket and didn't take advantage of networking opportunities that could have had some benefits. I was also and still am dealing with some serious anxiety issues. Now that I'm debt free, I'm trying to figure what to focus on next. Here is a list of possibilities: - Begin a value-added food business like chai, jam, or vegan condiments among other ideas. Which ever can reach out to a greater market -Save for a down payment on house -Save for traveling the world which is a dream of mine -Increase my Roth IRA contribution
AMA, which would most reasonable to focus on?
