Here is my situation: Currently 26 years old, debt free with about 20k in ally savings.
Within the next year I would like to get engaged (have to buy ring) and as discussed with my GF look into purchasing a condo or co-op (in the 200k range) before getting married as to us this is more important than spending savings on a wedding.
What are your suggestions for my current savings? Anything I can do short term ~1 year to make my money work for me?
Also I currently have a Roth IRA in which I have put the max deposit in annually the last 3 years.
