We are looking to put new foam mattresses on our live aboard trawler. It seems as though we ought to be able to cut a king sized mattress down to fit the dimensions we need for the two beds. We are considering anywhere from 4-8" in thickness. Anti-microbial preferred, as moisture on a boat is unavoidable. We are on a pretty tight budget so keeping the cost under $200 for both beds would be preferred.
