I usually buy charcoal with lighter fluid built into it. I've bought a few bags of plain lump charcoal, but they just never heated up evenly. I'm paying $11.00/bag. I use half the bag each time. That gets expensive. Any ideas? Is there a brand some of you like which is inexpensive?
